Q: Where does Lauren's Home Grocery Service deliver?
A: Currently, Lauren's Home Grocery Service delivers to Northeast Ohio (an 80 mile radius of Cleveland). As we expand we will keep you informed.



Q: Do I have to buy a freezer?
A: You are not obligated to buy a freezer from Laurenís Home Grocery Service. If you do decide to purchase a freezer from us, and commit to ordering from us four times, you will receive the freezer for no additional cost. Also, as long as you order at least once a year there is an unlimited warranty on all of our freezers.



Q: What happens if I am not satisfied with my food choices?
A: Here at Lauren's Home Grocery Service, we have a no questions asked exchange policy. If you do not like any of our products, no matter what, we will exchange it for something more to your liking.



Q: Is there a delivery charge?
A: For years there was absolutely no delivery charge. With the rise in gas cost, there may eventually be a small charge added but is not being applied at this time. If added, we will remove it as soon as possible.
